Several Services are available, and until now, still developing. Some examples of Services:
Grab is useful for taking snapshot. Since the Services cannot independently create a file, the snapshot will be attached to document. There are 3 kinds of Grab: Screen, Selection and Timed Screen which can be found at Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Grab.
With Dictionary, you can search the definition of highlighted word. Dictionary is located at Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Look Up in Dictionary.
Mail Services let you send your selection or your file. It's located at Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Mail.
Quicksilver Service help you to quickly pass your selection to Quicksilver or directly pass up your file. It's provided on Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Quicksilver or keystrokes Command-Escape for quickly passing up selection.
Pass up selected words to create new Sticky Note. Sticky Note Service can be found at Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Make New Sticky Note or performed using keystrokes Command-Shift-Y would be fine.
Passing current selection to browser to open. For example, if your highlighted word is apple, passing it to Open URL Service will have your browser open www.apple.com. Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Open URL is where it's located.
This Service searches your highlighted texts in your default browser. For some Applications, keystrokes Command-Shift-L could be used. If the keystrokes cannot be used, you can alternatively use Menu Bar → Main Menu → Services → Search with Google.
