File caches are located inside two folders :
Tips : Clicking on Home icon at sidebar will bring you to Home folder.
Highlight all the caches using keystrokes Command-A and then delete them all in once using keystrokes Command-Backspace.
Go to Finder and hit keystrokes Command-Option-Shift-Backspace to empty the trash without further confirmation.
