Well, all of these can be seen inside Leopard Help Pane. However, this pane is really troublesome that it will always float over other panes. Fortunately, all of them are also provided inside info.apple.com.

How to Navigate into Shortcut Lists Help Pane

  1. Choose your Finder as an active window
  2. Go to Apple Menu Bar ▸ Help; this can be done using keystrokes ?
  3. Search for term shortcut
  4. Show the 4th search result entitled Shortcuts for starting up
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Mac Help Pane and click on shortcut lists
  6. Now you can see all the shortcut categories

This is an AWESOME list but how can I get a hard copy? I have tried cut & paste but does not come out well. Also found more in the Leopard help area of Apple for other lists. All of these in a list that could be printed would be awesome! Thanks for finding them!!

Printing these lists out will be easy. You just need to go your desired shortcuts, hit Command-P and then show the browser page in Preview. After you got your browser in Preview, it's up to you to decide whether you want to save it as PDF files or Print it as hardcopy.
