In some cases - many cases for me, we are too lazy to reach our cute little mouse. This is what we need, QuickSilver. QuickSilver provide us a lot of way to replace our mouse function.
Open Sesame to Application
This is the most-wanted feature QuickSilver gives to us. Opening application becomes a piece of cake for us. So how to do it. Remember I usually give you some keywords to open specific application, i.e. souppp or keymouse.
It is very easy to achieve those keywords. Just take one to five alphabets from words that form the application name. Keyboard & Mouse Preference Pane, Software Update Preference Pane, Chess, System Preferences, and many more.
Browser the Web, Enjoy the World
When you want to visit some site that you already know the name, you have to open your browser, then click, then type the url, then wait for the loading, then your mood will be ruined because of those time consuming tasks.
Using QuickSilver, you do not have to worry about that again. When you want to use google search, just open your QS with 
Spc

For your info, QS always opens what you type in. To change that, after key in what you want to open, press 
→ to choose from available commands).
And last but not least, you can show your huge text to your neighbor. Use . as your prefix. Seems funny.
