- Invoke QuickSilver with
Space - Go to Triggers Pane using shortcut
' - Click iTunes menu tab located at the QuickSilver Triggers Pane Sidebar
- Look for Play / Pause Command
- Fill in with shortcut intended to be used for opening iTunes Application
