QSDroplet, Strange QuickSilver Family

I encountered this strange app a few hours ago in my Mac's QuickSilver and do not know what is it.

Trying to ask uncle Google with keyword QuickSilver Droplet and he returned me the result : this page

With this image :

Yeah, I'm sure it's a droplet, but it's not what I want..

As his answer is similar to that of uncle Google, I tried with different keyword: QSDroplet and ended up inside blacktree forum.

At least, the forum's discussion gives me a further step into understanding. Here was my understanding up to this point.

Understanding seems to avoid me.. And at last, I posted this article and start digging this, hoping someone would explain to me.. *desperate*
