Remove Unnecessary Application(s) Preference

Recently I notice that by cleaning unused application preference, I can make my Mac run faster. It's very beneficial to me (or even you) as the step to perform this cleaning so easy (that I can do it while chatting with my friends).
Clean the Mac preference
- Go to System Preference Pane, QuickSilver's word is
syspref 
Clck- Click to remove that application
