Maybe this is a joke, Apple developers put up their favorite desserts' inside one of their Quartz Core Animation examples: Mac HD ▸ Developer ▸ Examples ▸ Quartz ▸ Core Animation ▸ Recipes.
Run the file Recipes.xcodeproj with Xcode and then choose Build and Go from its toolbar. Then you will be able to run The Recipes application (not quite an application yet, actually…).
Since the version is intended to be an example, it's not completed yet. Currently, only the dessert list is completed. And it's quite fun to find out that for most of the dessert, they sound unfamiliar to my ears.
The numbers of the right side bring me a lot of curiosity. I guess it's the calorie of the dessert. Correct me if I'm wrong.

help please, i can't find the "Developer" directory
@ greatoe You need to install the developer tools. Dont do it unless you plan to use them tho
YOu must have written Apple Developer only :-) ( requires Developer tools installed . ) though i have found a bug in Apple developer installation package ... http://macphobia.com/xcode-developer-installation-loop.macphobia
you need developers tools installed and if you can't find the developer directory I doubt you have them
