In many occasions, scrolling will be needed. If we are using a trackpad, usually we will use double finger to scroll vertically or horizontally.
However, some users may not feel accustomed to the double finger scrolling, they would choose to drag the scroll bar. For these users, we can suggest another new way of scrolling grab-scrolling.

This works just like grabbing around the map in Google Map.
Now, you can experience a brand new way of scrolling, i.e. grab-scrolling. And for me, this trick is extremely useful when you want to scroll diagonally.

I think it's wonderful as well, but I'm not quite sure how to make it. I just simply press Cmd and Opt in Safari yet nothing happen to my pointer. Anyone can help and give me a solution?

I can only find that this is a supported option in the Camino browser..
It works in Firefox on this page, but not in Google Reader. The hand pointer is there, but it just doesn't scroll. In any other app I've tried it doesn't work at all (mail, safari, word, excel etc.). Looks like i'ts limited to Firefox only
Yay! Another crappy 'hint'. And this one doesn't even work. P.S. In preview it changes the mouse into a selection tool, though!
